Fees are payable at the start of each term and must still be paid if you are unable to attend. This ensures that the club meets its fixed costs. If at any time payment is a problem, please speak to the team manager so an alternative payment plan can be adopted.

Weekly fee

The weekly fee includes tuition, hall hire, competition fees and club/rod hire. There can be some end of year expenses, including photos and concert DVDs etc. Most of these expenses are optional. There may also be some additional incidental expenses along the way (eg club tracksuit, any merchandise, leg tan and tights, body suits for competitions, eyelashes).

Costume fee

The costume fee is payable if you are unable to help with altering/sequining of your/child's costumes each year.

The fee is $50.00 per year for your first child, and $25.00 for each additional child. A parent must contribute to the making of one costume item for a complete set of costumes for exemption from the costume fee.

Sewing is kept to a minimum, and costumes are reused when possible. Some costumes may require alterations or additions such as sequinning or trimming, and some may need to be made from scratch. If you are contributing to the costume, you will be given instructions on what needs to be done. We ask that parents help out whenever possible with the sewing of costumes.  Please check with your team manager before laundering costumes.

All costumes remain the property of the club and must be returned at the end of year concert. Costumes must not be worn for any other reason other than calisthenics events. In the event that a costume is damaged or lost, a replacement fee will be charged.

CVI registration fee

Calisthenics Victoria registration fee of $50.00 paid at the start of every year, or upon joining. This includes public liability insurance in the case of an accident.
