While a student is competing

The committee would like to kindly remind you that you are not only representing Keyzpark, but also the sport of calisthenics when attending competitions as well as being seen in the community.  Although you may not think the adjudicator’s places are fair or you don’t agree, please keep in mind that you are in a public place and discretion is appreciated. If you wish to discuss this, please speak with your coach in private.

The people who run the competitions are volunteers, just like the many people who make up our club, please speak to them in a courteous manner. If it wasn’t for these people, we wouldn’t be able to have competitions that run smoothly, or at all. Inappropriate language during a competition is not tolerated.

It is important to exhibit good sportsmanship, even when your opponent and their fans do not. Sincerely congratulate an opponent on a good job or victory. Remember, cheering should be done for your team, not against your opponent and will only make us stronger.
